“预约催还”是指外借图书被其他读者预约后,系统会发邮件或短信提醒借书读者在“有效应还日期”前归还。读者也可查阅“我的图书馆”中的个人借阅信息,在外借列表中的应还日期一栏有“有效应还日期”字样的是预约催还图书。
1. 预约后的有效应还日期:
如该书外借时间不到一个借期40天,有效应还日期即原应还日期,有预约起不能续借;
如该书外借时间已超过一个借期40天且已超期未归还,有效应还日期即原应还日期;
如该书外借时间已超过一个借期40天,续借后未超期且应还日期早于或等于预约通知加8天,有效应还日期即原始应还日期;
如该书外借时间已超过一个借期40天,续借后未超期且应还日期晚于预约通知加8天,有效应还日期为预约通知日期加8天。注意这种情况下,有效应还日期会提前,例:续借后归还日期为2月1日,1月1日有另一读者预约,催还通知在1月1日晚间发出,有效应还日期将改为1月9日。
如预约者取消预约请求,系统会发送“图书预约催还取消通知”邮件,告知催还的图书已恢复到原始的应还日期。
2. 预约催还过期:预约催还日期内未归还的图书即为“催还过期”图书,读者所借图书中催还过期数超过权限册数即停止借书权限,具体看以下权限表。
3. 催还过期罚款:试行期间,除了正常超期罚款,暂不增加催还过期罚款;
4. 请读者务必完善个人信息并及时查收邮件或短信通知。
“Book Request” refers to when a borrowed book is reserved by another reader; The system will send an email or text message reminding borrowers to return before adate.
1. Return Date after Request Books
If the book has been borrowed for less than one loan period of 40 days, the return date is the original return date, and it cannot be renewed if there is a request.
If the book has been borrowed for more than one loan period of 40 days and it’soverdue, the return date will be unchanged.
If the book has been borrowed for more than one loan period of 40 days, and it’syet overdue after the renewal and the due date is within 8 days, the return date will beunchanged.
If the book has been borrowed for more than one loan period of 40 days, and it’s yet overdue after the renewal and the due date is out of 8 days, the return date will be eightdays after the requested date. In this case, the effective return date will be advanced. For example: The return date after renewal is February 1st. If another reader made a reservation on January 1st, the return date will be changed to January 9th.
If the reader cancels therequest, the due date of the books will be restored to its original due date and the borrower will receive an email notification of Book Request Cancellation.
2. If there are more than a certain number of overdue request books in a reader’s account, their borrowing rights will be stopped.
3. During the trial period, there will be no additional overdue fines for request books.
4. Please fill in personal information in the library account and check email or messages in time.
图书馆提供在架图书和外借图书两种预约方式。在架图书预约指读者可预约图书馆未出借图书(非预约馆收藏),外借图书预约指读者可预约已被其他读者借出的图书。在架图书及外借图书预约规定如下:
一、在架图书预约
1. 在架预约图书的馆藏状态
(1)“普通外借 | 在架上”状态的流通书库图书;
(2)“图书阅览 | 在架上”状态的样本书库图书;
(3)后备书库收藏的图书。
2. 在架图书预约满足时间:杭州地区一般2个工作日,杭州地区外的一般5个工作日。
3. 如预约书无法找到,工作人员将删除预约并邮件通知读者。
二、外借图书预约
1. 预约取书点可选择任一校区分馆;
2. 已被其他读者预约的图书再提供续借,借阅者须在预约催还日期内归还图书。
三、图书预约流程:
1. 读者在图书馆书目查询网站上查询图书(有“预约”按钮表示此书提供预约服务),提交预约申请并选择取书分馆;
2. 读者在收到满足预约请求的通知后,应及时到取书分馆借还书柜台取书;
3. 预约图书保留3天;过期不取,将从预约架撤下,进入正常流通;
4. 同一图书如有多人预约,按办理预约手续先后顺序,满足预约需求;
5. 预约权限及数量: 在校师生同时可预约30册普通图书、3册西溪样本图书、3册玉泉样本图书;其他读者预约权限及数量详见《浙江大学图书馆读者借阅权限表》。
四、预约反馈通知:
图书馆提供两种预约通知:Email通知和短信通知。
请读者务必填写或及时更新“我的图书馆”个人地址中的相关栏目。
On-shelf and borrowed books can be reserved. The regulations for on-shelf books and borrowed books are as follows:
I. On-shelf Book Reservation
1. Collection status of on-shelf reserved books
The libraryordinary loanable books and sample books only for reading and books collected in backup libraries can be reserved.
2. Promised date for on-shelf book reservation: two working days between campuses within Hangzhou, and 5 working days out of Hangzhou.
3. If a reserved book cannot be found, staff will delete the reservation and notify readers by email.
II. Borrowed Book Reservation
1. The pick-up point for reservations can be any library branch.
2. Once borrowed books arerequested, it is unrenewable.
III. Book Reservation Process:
1. Readers search for books on the library website,submit a reservation application and choose a pick-up branch.
2. After arrival, readers should go to pick up books in time.
3. Reserved books are kept for 3 days; if they are not picked up after expiration, they will be removed from the reservation shelf.
4. If there are multiple reservations for the same book, they will be fulfilled in order of reservation application.
5. Teachers and students can reserve 30 books at a time, as well as threesample books from either Xixi or Yuquan campus, for more details, please refer to “Zhejiang University Library Reader Borrowing Privilege Table”.
IV. Reservation Feedback Notice:
The library provides two types of reservation notices: Email and message notification.
Please fill in or update your personal address in time in “My Library”.
图书馆的文献资源是国有资产,是学校教学和科研的重要物质基础,读者应该自觉爱护,妥善保管。如有遗失,读者须负赔偿责任。
一、遗失书刊,可以赔偿相同版本或更新版新书,并缴纳5元材料加工费。
二、如抵赔原版书刊确有困难,按下列规定赔偿:
(一) 1993年后出版的图书:
1.5个复本以上的中文图书,按原价3倍赔偿;2-4个复本图书按原价4倍赔偿;
2.单本中文图书按原价5倍赔偿;
3.外文图书按原价3倍赔偿;
(二)1992年及1992年以前出版的图书:
1.外文图书按原价3倍赔偿;
2.中文图书按原价的10倍赔偿;
(三)图书赔偿最低按20元赔偿;
(四)港台版图书按原价的5倍赔偿;
(五)多卷书按单价的5倍赔偿;
(六)单本期刊,按该刊全年价格的1-3倍赔偿;
(七)单份报纸,按该报季价的3倍赔偿;
(八)合订本报刊,按该报刊全年订价的3-5倍赔偿,另加装订费6元;
(九)珍贵书刊、报纸、期刊、解放前出版的古旧图书、线装书,根据以上各条款内容,再按赔偿时市场估值的3倍赔偿。
三、读者如果在一个月内找到了已赔偿的原书,可凭收据办理退款手续,用新书抵赔的不能退还。
The library’s literature resources are state-owned assets and are very important for school teaching and research. Readers should keep them properly. If lost, readers must compensate for the lost book.
I. Lost books can be compensated with new books of the same version or updated version and pay 5 yuanfor re-cataloguing.
II. If it is difficult to compensate with original version books, compensation shall be made according to the following regulations:
(I) Books published after 1993:
1. Chinese books with more than 5 copies are compensated at three times the original price; 2-4 copies of books are compensated at four times the original price.
2. Single Chinese books are compensated at five times the original price.
3. Foreign books are compensated at three times the original price.
(II) Books published in 1992 and before:
1. Foreign books are compensated at three times the original price.
2. Chinese books are compensated at ten times the original price.
(III) The minimum compensation for book compensation is 20 yuan.
(IV) Hong Kong and Taiwan version books are compensated at five times the original price.
(V) Multi-volume books are compensated at five times the single price.
(VI) Single periodicals are compensated at 1-3 times the annual price of the journal.
(VII) Single newspapers are compensated at three times the quarterly price of the newspaper.
(VIII) Bound periodicals are compensated at 3-5 times the annual subscription price of the periodical, plus a binding fee of 6 yuan.
(IX) Precious books, newspapers, periodicals, old books published before liberation, thread-bound books, are compensated at three times the market valuation at the time of compensation according to the content of the above clauses.
III. If readers find the borrowed book that has been compensated within a month, they can have a refund with a receipt. If books are compensated with new books,the compensation cannot be returned.
